KERAJAAN NEGERI KELANTAN and JABATAN MINERAL DAN GEOSAINS MALAYSIA have brought the approval paper for the concession to operate, mining and extraction of gold. Permits are in place and there is no equipment currently on all of the properties, the proceeds are to finance the mining program, raise the money to develop the property placer and mineral resources into a producing gold mine.This hard rock mining zone of mineralization is believed to be the main source of the gold deposition found. There are a new class 3 licenses in place, allowing for large scale mining activities. The sale process may include shares in the exploration company and depending on the number of shares purchased with an option of a seat on the board. Past mining experience and the recent exploration data confirms gold recoveries have been significant and future mining will be a profitable venture whether mining the gold or the aggregate. While the gold reserves can’t be quantified with the existing data, the exploration information is compelling that significant gold values are present.
